Hey there! My name is Olivia Michka and I’m an artist based in Kansas City, Missouri.

I create mostly oil paintings with the goal of capturing the world around me using bright colors, big brushstrokes, and a full heart.

I graduated from the University of Kansas in May 2022 with a double major in Visual Art and French. I am now back to working in my hometown and looking to connect with a new audience (that’s you!).

Along with painting, I am a full-time art teacher at a K-5 French Immersion charter school, where I am passionate about instilling creativity and confidence in my students. I also love blasting music, going on long walks, journaling, and spending time with my family.
